Information We Collect
A Green Future may collect information that clients choose to submit through the website, estimator app, contact forms, and chat assistant. This may include name, email address, phone number, project address or community, province or state, postal or ZIP code, project type, budget range, timeline, notes, uploaded project photos or sketches, and estimate selections.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to landscaping, drainage, retaining wall, paving stone, xeriscaping, repair, design, fence, deck, and softscape requests. We may use the information to prepare estimates, follow up by phone, email, or chat, schedule a consultation, and improve the estimator experience.
Mobile Estimate App
The A Green Future Estimate App is connected to the same website and admin dashboard. Estimate requests submitted from the app are treated the same way as website estimate requests.
Photos And Uploaded Files
Project photos or sketches are used to understand the yard, access, drainage, materials, and project scope. Do not upload sensitive documents unrelated to the landscaping request.
Sharing Information
We do not sell client information. Information may be shared only with A Green Future team members or service providers needed to respond to the request, operate the website, host the service, or deliver communications.
Website Analytics and Your Choice
Google Analytics is optional. It is not loaded until a visitor selects “Allow analytics” in the website privacy controls. If permission is given, Google Analytics may process information such as visited pages, approximate location, browser and device details, referral source, and interactions with contact or estimate actions. We use this information to understand website performance and improve the customer experience; we do not use it to serve personalized advertising.
You can choose “Essential only” and continue using the website without analytics. You can also reopen “Cookie preferences” in the website footer at any time to change your choice. Other Third-Party Services
The website and app may use services such as website hosting, maps, YouTube embeds, email, chat, and browser install features. These services may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and page activity according to their own policies.
Data Retention
Estimate and contact requests may be retained in the admin dashboard so the company can follow up, quote the project, and maintain client records. Clients may contact A Green Future to request correction or deletion of their submitted information where legally appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted information. No website, app, or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
